Interviwing the residents: Mr. Chan told us he is an inhabitant who live in Po Toi for over 20 yearas, however, he left the island in 1960s and live in Kowloon since then. According to Mr. Chan, he came back to Po Toi twice a year to worship the ancestors. Mr. Chan stated that he wants to return to Po Toi when he passes away. He believes that people should return to the motherland. 

Interestingly, Mr. Chan, Junior, told us he has no feeling in Po Toi and he will not go back to Po Toi alone or without his father, Mr Chan, Senior.
